how it works
INQUIRE TO PURCHASE
We add new designs monthly, so pick your desired brand and fill out an inquiry form. Be sure you have read all Terms & Conditions before applying. We design on both ProPhoto 6 and Showit 5, look over your desired brand to see which platform it is using. If you would like the site designed in the opposite platform there will be a fee, just let us know in your inquiry form and we will discuss in your initial consultation.
FILE DELIVERY
All files will be delivered via Dropbox as EPS, JPEG, PNG and PDF (file formats vary with purpose). If you need additional file formats, please be sure to let us know before file delivery.
payment
We accept payment in the form of PayPal. You will be able to pay with debit or credit. Payment is due in full and within 24 hour of your invoice or the package will be forfeit and go to the next inquiry. Once payment has been recieved and cleared we can now begin the personalization!
PERSONALIZE BRAND, SITE & SUITE
During our initial consultation and based off of your inquiry form, we will go through and discuss every aspect of the design process.
TURN AROUND TIME
All packages have a turn around timeline of 14 days from the time all information is recieved and we have had our initial consultation. To keep our strict timeline we do ask that you make yourself available to us in the instance we need to get ahold of you regarding your project. If emails are delayed then the timeline is subject to change.
LAUNCH
Once we have the project approved by you and we have transfered site design if necesary to your domain, we are ready to go live with your project! You will recieve your project files before hand in the event you would like to publisize the launch via social media so your branding is tip top before you publish.
