What do I need to use your designs?
We design in both ProPhoto 6 and Showit 5. To use any of our templates you will need to purchase the theme separately as stated in the listing.
I bought a template, and I’m struggling! Can I hire you to help me?
YES! We have several packages depending on what level of help you need. We also offer hourly help for misc things at $75/hour.
Do you offer custom design?
We do take a very limited number of custom commissions. You can fill out an inquiry HERE so that we can make sure we are the best fit for your branding needs. If we are not - we are more than happy to make a few recommendations.
How long is your turn around time?
Premade designs will be delivered instantly via digital download.
Our install packages vary around 2-5 business days.
The general timeframe of a custom project can vary anywhere between 2 - 8 weeks depending on your project. When you contact us regarding your design we will go over when we will start and the estimate time it will take.
how do i know which platform is right for me?
Well, ProPhoto is a great platform for photographers and other small businesses who like to solely use templates.
Showit is best if you like the freedom to design a template that has a unique impact and a creative layout while being perfect for all creative businesses.
Both work with WordPress for blogging needs and are fully responsive across all screens.
How do I get setup?
First you will need to find a hosting company of your choice. After that deed is done sign up with Showit or purchase the ProPhoto theme. Purchase and download our template through your digital download. Install and get to work customizing!

What do I need to get started?
You will need to sign up for your own Showit subscription. They offer 3 tier packages but we always recommend going with the Advanced Blog package for optimal WordPress integration capabilities.
Is it a one-time payment? Or are there recurring fees?
Showit 5 is a subscription that can be paid monthly or yearly. They have there packages to choose from that cost $19, $24, $34, monthly.
Can I keep my existing blog?
Yes you can. And their $34 monthly package includes free site integration and even better create a WordPress blog which you can design with the same drag and drop tools.
How customizable will the site be?
Showit 5 is an amazing drag and drop platform that allows you to get creative and tweak any aspect of your site to fit your brand. With its easy to use features you can be up and running in no time.
Is it responsive?
YES! Showit 5 is complete responsive and looks exactly like you designed it. Showit 5 delivers HTML5 content across all devices, the ability to easily utilize the side-by-side site builder insures that your site will look beautiful no matter the visitors screen size.

Great question! Showit has a handy help center for learning the ins and outs of the application if there is something you do not see in the support center go ahead and ask the community (or us!)

Prophoto is a one time payment. You will need to pay an annual fee for your domain and your web hosting account.
How customizable will the site be?
Prophoto is very customizable. We put a great deal of time and effort into our support center and we are always available for questions as well.
how do i install your template?
After you have purchased your ProPhoto License you will need to install the theme in your wordpress.org admin under Themes. Upon purchasing one of our templates you will have a digital download with your Zip file. Follow along with the Getting Started prompts in the ProPhoto Help Center to get your site uploaded and ready to customize.
What do I need to get started?
You will need your own domain and web hosting account. We highly recommend Bluehost. You will need to purchase your own Prophoto 6 license and any additional template that you would like to use.

Can I keep my existing blog?
Yes, if its a format that works with Wordpress. That includes: Blogger, Typed, Moveable Type and Wordpress.com blogs.
Is it responsive?
Yes! Prophoto 6 is completely responsive and will automatically adjust depending on screen size and resolution. You also have capabilities to choose to show and hide certain blocks on a chosen device.
