INQUIRING TO PURCHASE A BRAND PACKAGE FROM THE BRAND LOFT ASSUMES THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All brand packages include branding with logo design, custom site design (platforms vary per design), and miscellaneous marketing materials unless stated otherwise.
Occasionally we will have a brand available that will only include branding / logo design. Please make sure to read the listing thoroughly and verify what is included.
All files are delivered in EPS, JPG, PNG and PDF (file formats vary with purpose). If you need another format please be sure to let us know before file delivery.
Font files, photography, tangible items, domain and hosting services are not included in brand package. Client is responsible for purchasing their own license to any font files used in design that are not free for personal use.
Any handwritten branding will vary due to the nature of handwritten design.
Northfolk invoices via Paypal. Payments may be completed via credit card without a Paypal account.
Pricing for the brand package includes designer fees only. Any additional costs, such as hosting, domain, art licensing, fonts, etc – are the responsibility of the client and not included in your package.
All brands must be paid in full before any work will commence. All payments are non-refundable.
All invoices must be paid within 24 hours or brand will go to the next inquiry.
Brand packages are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not fill out an inquiry unless you are fully prepared to pay your brand in full.
Once invoices are paid, brand will be marked SOLD.
Alterations to the initial design (other than name or color change), will be charged additional fees once approved by Northfolk and client. Please verify the possibility for any major design alternations prior to purchasing. Northfolk reserves the right to refuse the sale of a brand that will not fit your needs.
The Client must assume that all additions, alterations, changes in content, layout or process changes, requested by customer, will alter the time and cost.
Client shall use all reasonable efforts to provide needed information and materials within 3 days of purchase. If there is a family emergency or circumstance beyond your control, please just contact us. Communication is everything. All revisions and correspondence must be responded to within 24 hours, so please make sure that you are ready to get started. If designer waits beyond 10 days for any revisions and project is at a standstill because of the client, the designer has the right to end the contract. Conditions beyond the reasonable control of the parties include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government after the date of agreement, power failure, fire, flood, acts of god, labor disputes, riots, acts of war, terrorism and epidemics.
If client becomes non-responsive or fails to communicate with designer, project will be terminated. No files will be delivered and brand will be re-listed in The Brand Loft shop.
All brands have an approximate completion date of 14 days from the time all information is received from client. This is assuming that clients return all emails within a 24 hour period. If client fails to respond in a timely manner, the length of project will be subject to change.
Designer shall be entitled to place accreditation, as a hyperlink, in the form, size and location as incorporated by designer in the deliverables on each page of the final deliverables with final agreement of client. Designer retains the right to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in designer’s portfolios and websites, in galleries, design periodicals and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the deliverables in connection with such uses.
During the first month following expiration of this agreement, designer shall provide up to 30 minutes of support services at no additional cost to client. Support services means commercially reasonable technical support and assistance to maintain and update the deliverables, including correcting any errors or deficiencies. Requests for additional support will be billed on a time and materials basis at designers standard rate. The services in the warranty period and do not include enhancements to the project or other services outside the scope of the proposal.
Once brand package is delivered, Northfolk is no longer responsible for maintaining copies of delivered files. Please make sure to back up and back up again.
Brand Packages are for personal use only. You may not sell or share any items purchased through The Brand Loft.
